Hunter Biden was with a client when his father called to discuss “the weather.” The latest report indicates that the then-president had 327 such encounters. Many have speculated that the real purpose was to prove that Joe Biden had been involved in the influence-peddling and show that it was a sound operation.

It is not “a bunch of lies” that Joe Biden interacted and worked with the business partners of his son. But the fact that he continues to lie about this is astounding. Even CNN exposed it in a report earlier this year.

It’s hard to say that the walls are closing because Democrats are armed with a political plot shield, but there’s no denying that things are going bad for Joe Biden. He cannot continue to shut down questions about this without provoking a backlash, even from those in the media who are inclined to defend him. It is also a problem that many Democrats do not want to see him as the candidate in 2024. Every bad piece of news is used to try and force him out.
