This will leave a lasting impression on Democrats.
Former President Donald Trump was nominated for a Nobel Peace Prize. Rep. Claudia Tenney, R-N.Y., cited Trump’s “historical” Abraham Accords as the reason for his nomination.
The Abraham Accords were signed on September 15, 2020, at the Trump White House. They consisted of two agreements whereby both the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and Bahrain (Bahrain) recognized Israel’s sovereignty, allowing full diplomatic relations to be established with the Jewish State.
Tenney said in a Fox News Digital statement that Trump’s success proved foreign policy experts, and international organizations wrong.
Donald Trump played a key role in facilitating the first Middle East peace agreement in nearly 30 years. Bureaucrats, foreign-policy ‘professionals,’ and international organizations have insisted for decades that new Middle East peace deals were impossible without a solution to the Israeli/Palestinian Conflict. This was proven false by President Trump.
Tenney, as she continued to praise the former president for his achievements, also aimed at the Nobel Peace Prize Committee who ignored Trump’s.
The Nobel Peace Prize Committee continues to ignore the valiant efforts of President Trump, who created the Abraham Accords. This underscores the importance of his nomination.
We must now, more than ever before, recognize Trump’s strong leadership, and his efforts towards world peace, as Joe Biden’s poor leadership on the global stage threatens our country’s security and safety. I am proud to nominate Donald Trump as former president today and eager to see him receive the recognition that he deserves.
It was his fourth Nobel Prize nomination.
Christian Tybring Gjedde was the first to nominate Trump in 2020. He had applauded Trump for his efforts “to resolve protracted conflicts around the world.”
Laura Huhtasaari of the conservative Swedish Finns Party wrote the Nobel Committee several months later to nominate Trump as the winner of the prize in 2021 “in recognition of Trump’s efforts to end the endless wars era, to construct peace through encouraging conflicting parties to dialogue and negotiate, and to underpin the internal cohesion, stability, and unity of his country.”
In September 2020, a group of Australian legislators nominated Trump. David Flint, a legal scholar from Australia, told Sky News Australia in the past:
With the Trump Doctrine, he decided that America would no longer be involved in endless wars. Wars which resulted only in the death of thousands of Americans and the imposition of enormous debts on America. He is reducing America’s tendency to get involved in every war.
Trump has been denied four times. Shocked? Me, neither.
Will Trump’s fourth try be the charm? Hold your breath. The left-wing elitists will never give the Nobel Peace Prize to the former President. It would first set the hair of leftists on fire all over the world. Second, snobs will never be able to give Trump World the satisfaction that they can say forever: “See, We Told You!”
Here’s the thing. As you read this, the nomination of Trump — no matter who made it and why — will likely send left-wingers in the fruited plateau into a histrionic fit. There are two main reasons for this.
It contrasts Trump’s achievements in the Middle East with the increasing likelihood of a full-scale war in the area, largely due to Biden’s disastrous handling of the volatile situation.
Biden has done nothing substantive to respond to the death of three brave American Armed Services members by Iran-backed proxy forces.
