The Democrats are facing a tough time on Capitol Hill, as they take on former business associates from the Biden clan. Tony Bobulinski was the star of the morning session. He launched his first salvo at Rep. Jamie Raskin and Rep. Dan Goldman.
Bobulinski accused the two members of Congress of promoting talking points that falsely portrayed the Biden family’s dealings as their fault. Raskin then interrupted the opening testimony of the witness, which is not allowed. Chairman James Comer was left to restore order to the hearing.
Goldman is now going to question Bobulinski. The former Trump impeachment attorney turned House member thinks he is smarter than he is. He believes he is a legal wizard and can manipulate people, but he has been known to beclown himself in public hearings.
Goldman tried to lure Bobulinski into a trap by claiming that no one had ever replied to the infamous email “10% for the Big Guy”. Unfortunately, Goldman didn’t know his facts.
Bobulinski confirms that Hunter Biden was among those who responded to the email. Goldman was left stunned as he tried to spin another conspiracy theory. The Biden family stood up against the corruption that Hunter Biden’s business associates were pushing.
Goldman’s problem is that he has to argue that everyone around the Bidens except Joe and Hunter Biden was corrupt. This is not a story that can be dismissed. The DOJ’s decision to prosecute several business associates of Bidens shows that they are biased and not innocent.
Goldman and his cohorts, for example, want you to think that someone like Gal Air has been discredited because he was prosecuted for FARA violation when Hunter Biden is alleged to have done the same thing regarding his interactions with CEFC China.
On the other hand, the prosecution of Luft points out a wider criminality among the people who led the operation. Hunter Biden, and other members of the Biden clan. Goldman has no evidence either to back up the claim that Bobulinski’s firing was due to his corruption, but not the Bidens.
This is not good news for Democrats. Goldman’s explanations are not very good, so he is losing.
