Democrats have been terrified of Trump’s return to power. They planned to impeach Trump before he took office in 2017. Now, they are planning to prevent him from returning to office. This strategy included not only lawfare, but also efforts to remove his name from all state ballots in the country.

Leftists realized that the New York City criminal trial was their first and most likely last attempt to get a conviction for one of the false cases against Trump. Trump’s chances of being acquitted were slim in the New York City criminal case because Trump’s political opponents engineered the whole process to achieve a conviction instead of a fair trial.

Alvin Bragg is the Manhattan District Attorney, a leftist who was funded by George Soros and ran a campaign to target Trump. Merchan, a Biden supporter, has made numerous decisions that have robbed Trump of due procedure.

The jury is another matter. How could Trump get a jury who would fairly decide his case? Trump was lucky to have one non-partisan Democrat on his jury. Merchan’s instructions to the jury, according to Trump’s former White House attorney Ty Cobb, “virtually required conviction” further stacked the deck against Trump.

All this for a non crime that the Biden Justice Department as well as Bragg’s previous administration refused to prosecute.
