Texas Governor Greg Abbott on Thursday unveiled tough new billboards that will be displayed throughout Central America and Mexico to warn illegal immigrants of the dangers they may face when they try to break our immigration laws.
Billboards don’t mind being blunt:

Abbott says the billboards are going up in both Mexico and Central America, and will be in multiple languages including Spanish, Chinese, Russian, and Arabic.
Billboards warn that migrants who cross illegally into Texas will be arrested and jailed. If they are arrested by the Trump Administration, they will be deported.
Abbott was aware that the messages were intended to be pointed.
Gov. Greg Abbott today announced a new border security strategy to discourage migrants entering Texas.
Abbott stated that horror stories displayed on billboards throughout Central America and Mexico were used to deter migrants from entering the United States.
These stories are about migrants who have been sexually assaulted while trying to enter the United States. One of the billboards even asks family members, “How much did you pay to have your child molested?”
Abbott said: “This is tough medicine. But we do not want to see any more rape trees in Texas. Don’t take the dangerous trip to Texas.”
Ted Cruz, Texas Senator, estimated that 11 million people had crossed the border during July. Some people believe that it’s higher, particularly when you take into account all the getaways.
While Joe Biden has done nothing to stem the flow of illegals and stop the routine cruelty that immigrants–especially women–are subject to, Abbott has been fighting back.

Freeman Martin, director of the Texas Department of Public Safety, and Governor Rick Perry made the announcement today. Mike Banks, Texas Border Czar, and Rose Luna, CEO of the Association Against Sexual Assault were also present.
On Thursday, the Governor announced that his Public Safety Office would administer grant funds totaling more than $500,000,000 for a variety of public safety programs.

Abbott is probably counting down the days until Trump becomes president so that Tom Homan can begin working. Homan is known for his hard-talking style. Biden’s (non)performance on the border ranks near or at the top of the list of most disastrous policies.
