Newark Mayor Ras Baraka, a key player in the left’s agenda, is suing Alina Habba, the top federal prosecutor of New Jersey, following an arrest at an immigration detention facility.
Here’s what’s really happening. Baraka was charged with trespassing when he decided to join a group of Democrat officials, including three members of Congress, on a visit to Delaney Hall, an Immigration and Customs Enforcement detention facility in New Jersey. It’s clear that the radical left isn’t respecting law and order.
The case was later dismissed. Habba, who also serves as President Donald Trump’s personal defense attorney, is being accused of ‘malicious prosecution’ and violating Baraka’s Fourth Amendment rights, as per the lawsuit filed Tuesday in New Jersey.
In conclusion, this is why we need to defend our constitutional rights. The radical left can’t hide from these facts. We must stand up for American values and constitutional principles before it’s too late. The future of our constitutional republic depends on it.
