Swalwell proved it with his Twitter activity. Elon Musk allowed Carpe Donktum to return to Twitter after he was kicked off two years ago. Swalwell recorded what he said during a fight on the floor over booting Rep. Ilhanomar, (D-MN) from the Foreign Affairs Committee.
Swalwell made comments about Republicans to respond to a tweet by the House Judiciary Committee. Donktum also added a new tweet and made fart sounds, a reference to Swalwell making infamous farts while on live TV.
